Community Living Glengarry is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking qualified and compassionate individuals to join our team as Casual and Part-Time Support Workers.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Completed or currently enrolled in post-secondary studies, preferably in Developmental Services Worker (DSW), Behavioural Science Technician (BST), Social Service Worker (SSW), Personal Support Worker (PSW), or university studies in the social services field.
• Education, training, and related experience are definite assets.
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to take on responsibilities to support the individuals we serve.
• Ability to successfully pass English and/or French language testing (as required for the position).
• Valid “G” driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• A current (within the last 6 months) Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening is required.
• Must be available for call-ins.
