• Relevant experience in individualised ways of working, through a rights-based lens
• Ability to discover the individual’s abilities and interests in order to support him to develop and sustain positive social valued roles within his community.
• Ability to offer supports in a creative, innovative, flexible and person-centred way.
• A willingness to be flexible with working hours, based on support requirements.
• full clean dirvers licence desirable

This engaging position involves one-on-one collaboration for approximately 20 hours per week, offering some degree of flexibility.
