REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a similar role within residential or supported living settings is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medication administration and patient care protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively and compassionately.
  • A caring attitude with a commitment to empowering individuals.
    This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure which will be completed upon successful application.
