REQUIREMENTS:

· Dedication, motivation, and a can-do attitude
· Reliability and commitment to consistent and quality support
· Experience of working within a care setting (Desirable but not essential; comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development will be provided
· Experience working with or having a great understanding of Autism and/or working with people who present with behaviours of concern (Extremely desirable)
· Willingness to work weekends
· Work authorization in the United Kingdom
· Ability to reliably commute to Kidderminster or plan to relocate before starting work

Responsibilities

· Assist in delivering life skills and support individual care and learning plans
· Administer medication to service users
· Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation
· Foster good communication with team members
· Perform domestic duties and assist service users with home chores
· Provide personal care in line with care plans
· Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
· Support service users in accessing community activities
· Guide and support domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
· Assist service users in accessing physical activities
· Promote a fulfilling life for service users
· Collaborate closely with vulnerable adults, staff, families, and professionals
· Adhere to service users’ care plans
· Attend relevant training sessions
· Implement and respond to Safeguarding policy and guidance
