Looking for a meaningful role where no two days are the same? At Dimensions, we’re on the lookout for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our amazing team in Crawley.
Full and Part Time Contracts Available (16-37.5 hours per week) A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential , as you’ll be supporting across multiple local locations

What your day might look like:

• Supporting individuals with banking, budgeting, and benefits
• Helping create meal plans and personalised shopping lists
• Working independently or alongside fellow support team members
• Making someone’s everyday moments feel like big wins

What we’re looking for:

• Experience (or volunteering) with individuals with learning difficulties is a big plus
• A caring, patient nature and a love for building human connection
• Willingness to work rotational hours (7am-9pm), including alternate weekends
