ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• National Police Check
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Vehicle insurance (comprehensive or third party property)
• Mental Health First Aid Certificate
• Hygiene Certificate or willingness to obtain

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, Nursing or Counselling
• Mental health support experience
• Lived experience in the disability, mental health, or aged care sectors

Job Types: Subcontract, Contract
Pay: $37.00 – $50.00 per hour

You will support clients in their daily routines at home and in the community. Key responsibilities include:

• Personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and transport
• Encouraging social participation and community involvement
• Promoting independence while working from individualised care plans
• Observing and reporting changes in client needs or wellbeing
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, dignity, and safety at all times
