JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in care or support roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.

  • Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring adherence to care plans.
  • Perform first aid when necessary, responding promptly to any medical needs or emergencies.
  • Assist clients with heavy lifting as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
