QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate III Holder (Individual Support, Aged Care Work, Disability)
• Valid National Police Check
• Updated First Aid & CPR Certificate
• COVID19 Vaccination (Mandatory)
• Photo Card
• Preferably have a valid driver license, access to a reliable car with full comprehensive car insurance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain one
• Must have a minimum 1 year of previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care
• Knowledge of person-centered care principles and safety regulations
• Strong Manual Handling experience
• With hoist experience
• Must have a mobile smart phone and able to navigate through various applications

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges

We currently have positions available for qualified, reliable, and passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team. It is preferred that you are an experienced Aged Care Worker or Disability Support Worker. You will need to be friendly, and positive and demonstrate client-focused behavior, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.
