Able to Thrive is a fresh face in the disability services industry who is here to help participants find their potential and equip them with the tools, resources, and support necessary to achieve their dreams.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mandatory NDIS Orientation and Induction modules must be completed before commencing employment.
• Working with Children Check and NDIS Screening Check must be cited before commencing employment.
• 1 year of experience as a support worker is preferred but not necessary.
• We will train you on everything in house
• You will also be encouraged to gain certifications in first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, mental health, and more.
• High-performing members of our team may have their enrollment in relevant TAFE courses covered to supplement the experience gained with us.
