Care Assistant - E Care Community
Salary: £12.50-£14.70 (Plus paid travel time)
Mileage: 35p per mile
Contract: Part time or full time

• No experience necessary: We provide full training, so whether you’re new to care or have years of experience, we’re looking for people who are kind, caring, and committed to improving the lives of vulnerable adults.
• Driving license: You must have a UK driving license and your own car with business insurance.
• Flexibility: You should be comfortable to work a mixture of daytimes, evenings, and alternate weekends.
• Kindness and compassion: A caring and supportive individual who is passionate about providing a high-level care and support to vulnerable people.
• Communication skills: You must be able to build positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.

As a community care assistant, you will care for adults in their own homes to provide practical, physical, emotional, and social support to service users to achieve their desired outcomes. Your daily tasks may include:

• Providing personal care, such as assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Offering companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations, and actively listening.
• Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care.
• Promoting independence and enabling individuals to live their lives to the fullest.
