UP TO £13.00 PER HOUR

We are looking for Support Workers (Female Only) to work with our client who is a young adult who has been diagnosed with defects, medical and developmental issues.
As a support worker, you will be supporting clients in the community to promote and improve their quality of living. Your duties will involve supporting with daily living (this includes going to college during term time), use of clinical equipment, domestic tasks, medication administration, and providing personal centred support in line with the support plan. You will have to be confident working in an environment with dogs.
Due to the nature of your job, we are looking for someone who is reliable, a driver with a full UK license, compassionate, professional, dedicated to join our diverse team. A minimum of at least 6 months care experience and a level 2 QCF/NVQ in health and social care or equivalent is desired but not essential. Fluent English is also necessary.
