We are a Supported Living service in Battle looking for 3 dedicated people to join us as support workers.  Your role will involve working alongside adults with a learning disability. You will help them to realise their potential, live life to the full, build independent skills and live their best life. The role is varied and no two days will be the same.  Worried that you don’t have the right skills? Our aim is to build a team where your uniqueness will enhance the service people receive. Whether you have previous experience in the field or you are new to working with people with a learning disability, your life skills, great attitude and desire to support people to lead fulfilling lives is why we want to hear from you. We are able to offer hours varying from 15-37 hours per week.
