Glow Healthcare Agency is a provider of aged care, disability support, therapeutic services, complex care, and child and youth services in across NSW. We offer staff to various healthcare facilities and prioritize collaboration, partnership, and brokerage of services in aged care, disability, mental health, and for carers. Our mission is to positively impact the community through integrated and networked service providers.

Qualification:

• Australian work rights
• National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willing to obtain)
• NDIS verification check or willing to get one
• Minimum 1 year experience as support worker
• Diver licensee with access to car is desirable

• Provide personal care, assistance with daily activities and emotional support to individuals living with disabilities.
• Help clients to achieve their personal goals and independence.
• Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.
• Manage challenging behaviours and provide tailored support based on individual care plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
