JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to work with a lady in the Norwich NR1, supporting her live in Carer overnight. The ideal candidate will have experience in Care Specifically Complex care.
This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our client through personalised support and companionship.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in in Care Specifically Complex care is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with medication administration processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Provide medication administration as per prescribed guidelines.
  • Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols when required.
