Home Caring Loganlea is a NDIS registered service provider committed to creating a “People First” Culture. Home Caring Loganlea provides individualized, high quality and person centered supports in LOGAN AREA.
We are seeking a team of dedicated, people focused and caring Support Workers to assist our participant in the Tweed Head NSW on an ongoing basis. Support Workers who have experience in Dementia and high care needs would be highly favorable.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING:

Must be flexible and have availability for days and weekends on a rotating roster
Minimum 2 year experience as a Support Worker or similar role
Creative thinking to deliver tailored and effective supports.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Genuine passion and desire to support people with a disability.
Reliable, honest and organized
Qualification in Individual Support or equivalent (Highly desirable)

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:

Current CPR and First Aid
NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card)
Minimum 2 year experience as a Support Worker or similar role
The Right to work in Australia
A QLD drivers license with a registered and insured vehicle
As a requirement of the participant and due to the nature of the disability it would be preferred that applicants have good English and are able to communicate effectively.
