This role involves supporting clients with their daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring they receive high-quality care. You will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm, with the option to split shifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.
  • Support with daily activities, including personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Encourage and assist with developing life skills and promoting independence.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment, ensuring clients’ well-being and comfort.
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team.
