SUPPORTED LIVING SUPPORT WORKER - AUTISM AND LEARNING DISABILITIES

Our personalised supported living and outreach service for people (aged 16-65) with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs is currently searching for multiple people to help enhance our excellent team.

• Learning Disabilities
• Autism and /or Asperger’s
• Providing structure and consistent boundaries
• Supporting independence and daily living skills, as well as community-based activities
• Supporting effective social communication
• Experience with challenging behaviour
• Knowledge of positive behaviour support

Desirable skills:

• Experience with non-verbal communication
• Experience working with ADHD
• Competent, confident and proactive with lone working
• Understanding the impact of Trauma
