ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Support Worker who will put John first. You should be energetic, positive, and committed, with the ability to support John through tough times and help him make choices and learn new skills. You will:

• Have excellent communication
• Be resilient and have a nurturing, kind, and caring approach
• You should be flexible, reliable
• Have a good understanding of sensory needs
• Be structured, honest, and a good listener

Experience:

• Support Worker: 1 year (preferred

Full training will be provided through Seco Supports induction programme and online learning. Full referencing and a full enhanced check of the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) will be required for this position.
