As a Support Worker at Futur3s South West, you will be instrumental in helping young people navigate their journey towards independence, providing guidance, emotional support, and practical assistance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and Guidance: Offer tailored support and advice to young people in our homes, helping them develop life skills and achieve their goals.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of our young people by adhering to safeguarding policies and providing a safe space for them to thrive.
  • Signposting: Help young people access vital services and resources, ensuring they have the support they need for a successful transition to adulthood.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with company policies, ensuring the highest standards of documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care and to create a supportive, welcoming environment for both young people and staff.
