We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily living activities.
Duties:
- Assist individuals with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Accompany individuals to appointments or outings
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check
