You will be well supported by a manager with over a decade of experience in the care sector and a team of directors with senior medical backgrounds in supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.

As a support worker you will be expected to be committed to your job role, be willing to develop your skills and attributes by attending training session and any opportunities that arise and have the drive and motivation to support vulnerable individuals. You will need to have good communication skills, work as part of a team and take your own initiative. You will need to be able to take direction from others and have a sound knowledge and understanding of polices and procedures within the workplace.
