• Location: Covering Tinder Park, Logan, & South Brisbane, with leave cover in Tallebudgera and Nundah.
• Fleet vehicle available from Logan for work-related travel.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Home Care Support Worker, you’ll assist clients in living safely and independently in their own homes:

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
• Providing transport to appointments or shopping trips
• Supporting meal preparation and light domestic tasks
• Offering companionship and emotional support
