The practical bits You will be required to work on a rota that will include some weekend working. The rota includes early starts from 7:00am and late finishes up to 8:30pm. However, you'll have plenty of rest days in between to help maintain a good work-life balance. Most of your day will be service based (Cedar House in Byker) working alongside your colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.
