You have A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it) Strong collaboration skills when working with external agencies, including emergency services and social care professionals. Excellent telephone communication skills, with the ability to support, guide, and advise customers and colleagues. Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions under pressure.
