You will work 5 shifts each week and there is some weekend working(not every weekend) You will be responsible for your own case load, ensuring that you are supporting our young person from tenancy start to successful move on, whilst developing their independent living skills. You will be fully based at our service. There is no element of home working. Responsibilities
