Understanding and following risk assessments and support reviews. Completing detailed support plans and setting personalised, achievable goals with customers. Supporting customers to work on their goals each week, helping to build confidence and achieve meaningful progress. General office duties and paperwork, responding to safeguarding incidents, ensuring the service remains fully compliant with health and safety requirements. You will need a good knowledge of computer systems as most of our documents are online. There is no personal care required for this role just practical and emotional support. The practical bits Where we’re flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion. Working 5 days a week over 7 days, following a 4-week rolling rota. Shifts are 08:00am – 16:00pm, 12:00pm to 20:00, 13:15 – 21:15pm, this will include some weekends. Able to use technology to update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
