Responsibilities

THE ROLE

mulch is a vibrant horticultural social enterprise where young adults with disability can build skills, grow confidence, and connect with the community. Through growing and selling veggies and other garden produce, participants gain hands-on experience in a supportive setting.
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic team player to join us on a casual basis.
As a Disability Support Worker at mulch, you’ll work closely with participants, their families, the mulch team, and other people in their support networks. You’ll be helping young adults with disability get involved in all aspects of our urban farm—supporting them to reach their goals, build independence, and feel proud of their work.
