About the role:

As a Support Worker, you will provide support to our Participants in their homes and the community to increase their individual skills, help build their capacity and achieve their goals! You will promote and provide environments that support the safety, independence, growth, health, and well-being of our Participants..


The successful candidate will have:

  • Enthusiasm to work as a Support person within the disability and/or Mental Health sector
  • An understanding of what it means to support in a way that respects their rights, dignity, values, beliefs, and personal goals
  • Ability to effectively manage complex behaviours and situations and use initiative to either resolve or escalate issues as they arise
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • A positive attitude!
