At iKare Support Services, we believe in doing more than just supporting, we walk alongside people with disabilities to live full, independent, and meaningful lives. We’re seeking passionate, committed, and reliable Support Workers to join our team across a range of shifts and participants.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for people who are not only experienced, but genuinely care.

You’ll be working directly with NDIS participants in their homes and local communities to provide flexible, person-centred support. Each day is different, you may be assisting with:

• Daily living skills (e.g., cooking, cleaning, personal care)
• Community participation (e.g., shopping, appointments, social outings)
• Capacity building (e.g., building routines, confidence, independence)
• Transport to and from appointments or activities
• Emotional and practical support to help clients meet their NDIS goals
