To be successful in this role you will have: 

• a great attitude with a genuine interest in helping others and a can-do attituded; 
• an understanding of the care needs of older people and a commitment to providing quality care; 
• the ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment; 
• reliability and a commitment to keeping your availability up to date; 
• a valid driver's licence and access to a fully insured vehicle; 
• a mobile phone with Internet access; 
• willingness to undertake a National Police Check History check;  
• valid working rights in Australia; and 
• a minimum of two (but preferably three) COVID-19 vaccination doses and willingness to obtain the annual Influenza vaccination each year.
