Shifts: Full-time 40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.47 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

As part of our team, you will help plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and fun-filled activities that promote creativity, social interaction, and well-being. Responsibilities include:
Shopping & Leisure: Shopping, charity shops, garden centres*
Pampering & Personal Care: Nails, hair, pamper sessions*
Creative & Cultural Activities: Arts and crafts, baking, drama classes*
Social & Entertainment: Eating out, parties, coffee mornings, cinema*
Music & Shows: Music (80s, Celine Dion), coastal visits, car shows*
Outdoor & Nature: Parks and walks, gardening*
Family & Community: Seeing family*

• You’ll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health
• You’ll support them to flourish in a place they call home. You’ll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives
• You’ll give high-quality support tailored to people’s needs
• You’ll do activities like cooking, art or listening to music. And get out for movie nights and food outings
• You’ll provide personal care including support with continence needs; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping. Help them to have good levels of personal and environmental hygiene
• You’ll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support
