Why NESAY?

We’re a values-driven, local NFP with a reputation for doing the work that matters; thoughtful, evidence-based, person-centered. You’ll be backed by a warm, collaborative team, strong supervision, and leaders who know great practice when they see it. Expect trust, flexibility, and room to grow.

About the Program

Funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, Targeted Care Packages offer flexible, individualised support for young people at risk of entering (or transitioning from) residential care. The focus is on creating client-centered, sustainable living arrangements that promote stability and wellbeing.

  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate III in Community Services or similar (highly desirable)
  • Experience supporting vulnerable young people with complex needs
  • Knowledge of trauma, attachment, and child development
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries in informal and dynamic environments
