ABOUT YOU

We are looking for people who:

• Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
• Are patient, understanding, and able to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Can work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
• Hold (or are willing to work towards) a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Have experience in childcare, social care, or a related setting (desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided).
• Hold a valid UK driving licence (preferred).

We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Support Workers and Bank Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people.
• Promote each child’s physical, emotional, and social development in line with their individual care plans.
• Support children with education, leisure activities, and life skills development.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and incident logs in accordance with Ofsted standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, social workers, families, and other professionals.
• Ensure the home remains a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
