Jubilee House is an award-winning learning disabilities and autism Charity in Hertfordshire. Our teams provide enablement and support in a wide range of settings, from short breaks to residential and supported living – working with children and adults.
We are looking for kind and caring people to join our brilliant team in Welwyn Garden City! As a Support Worker, you’ll be supporting adults with complex learning and physical disabilities who are non-verbal, helping them live full, meaningful lives in our Residential home. Whether it’s assisting with daily routines, engaging in sensory activities, or heading out into the community.

What you’ll need to be as a Support Worker at Jubilee House:

  • Level 2 qualification (or willingness to work towards one – we’ll cover the cost!)
  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the people we support, their families, and teams
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Driving licence? Even better!
