• You're confident and steady when supporting complex behaviours or higher needs
• You can think on your feet and make sound decisions when things shift
• You communicate well, keep clear records and know how to hold professional boundaries

Pay runs from $35–46 per hour plus super and penalties, with flexible casual and part-time options.
