What we're really looking for

We're looking for people who:

• Genuinely enjoy working with people, and build trust naturally
• Stay calm and use good judgement when things don't go to plan
• Are patient, reliable, and know how to really listen
• Are comfortable using initiative and making decisions, especially during sleepover and unsupervised shifts

What you'll need

• Current P2 or open's driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Working with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
• First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
• The right to work in Australia
