Health Personnel is a specialist provider of supported living services. We are seeking for caring support workers that will provide enabling care and support to our service users with Learning Disability, Mental Health and Autism. Our homes are located in the Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark areas and staff will be rostered on a monthly basis.
1 year experience in a support role is desirable but not essential as basic induction to care and support can be provided to Diploma Level 1.
We will support you with free ongoing mandatory and specialist training and you will be placed on a free Care Certificate and fully funded diploma course in Health & Social Care.
Duties include administering personal care, assisting with laundry, shopping, meal preparation, medication, community visits, supporting clients to plan and achieve their daily outcomes, especially developing independence skills, and other duties as required. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
