WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for an experienced support worker who would prioritise participants’ engagement and well-being while supporting them within the community and in their own homes.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Confident in delivering supports to high physical need participants
• Experience in Manual Handling
• Experience with complex Bowel Care
• Good Availability

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year of experience working as a support worker or as an AIN

• Hold a Certificate III in health services Assistants in Nursing in Acute Care or equivalent at a minimum.
• Compassionate, caring attitude and proven ability to provide direct care services with minimal supervision .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to complete, read and understand standard documentation.
