JOB TITLE: Part-time, Flexi, Experienced Support Workers. Please do not apply unless you are able to undertake night shifts during the week AND on weekends.
REPORTING TO: Supervisor and Managers

We’re looking for kind, compassionate, and experienced Support Workers to join our team at Manna Housing. We offer accommodation-based support to clients with mental health needs, learning disabilities and acquired brain injury, combining osteopathic healthcare and psychology, with daily living skills support.
Your role will be to provide support to our clients with everyday tasks to maximise the individual’s independence, ensuring consistent and positive service. You will ensure all plans and records relating to the clients we support are accurate and up to date, along with medication ordering and supervision.
You will encourage practical life skills such as cooking and basic hygiene, as well as working with clients around issues such as maintaining their tenancy, maximising their income (e.g. claiming benefits, budgeting), accessing education and/or training, and referring them to specialist services (e.g. counselling and substance misuse services).
CONTRACT: Part-time, flexible, permanent
HOURS: Day and night shifts, weekends.
