JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need, including seniors, children, and those requiring specialised support. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in senior care, childcare, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care practices is advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs.
• Certification in first aid or CPR is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A valid driving licence is required for transporting clients.
• A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support and care.
