Find out more about us and our purpose. Your Opportunity As a Support Worker, you will provide administrative and intake support that contributes to positive housing outcomes for women and families. Working under direct supervision, you will ensure service delivery aligns with Mission Australia’s values, Service Agreements, and organisational policies. This role supports The Priority Project (Western Sydney), a housing initiative assisting women who have experienced family and domestic violence and are ready to secure private rental housing. The program connects participants with a rental property register, real estate partners, and support as they transition into stable accommodation. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Assisting with initial client intake, registrations, and completion of paperwork Coordinating application‑ready appointments to support the Partnership Broker Following up with referring agencies to obtain required documentation Monitoring and responding to enquiries and referral inboxes Maintaining accurate data entry and client records Providing general administrative support and participating in team meetings Requirements for Success Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Professional approach with the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries Strong administrative, data entry, and organisational skills Good written, verbal, and listening communication skills Confidence using technology, including databases and digital tools Willingness and capacity to learn new processes and follow policies and procedures Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people. Responsibilities
