SUPPORT WORKER (DAYS) – HAREWOOD PARK REHABILITATION CENTRE

Location: Cheadle, Staffordshire
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time
Shifts: 07:15 – 19:15 shifts on a rolling rota (includes weekends)
Hours: 24–36 (24 = 2 shifts and 36 = 3 shifts) per week available

We’re looking for caring and proactive Support Workers to join our day team at Harewood Park a rehabilitation home for adults with complex needs. Whether you’re experienced or just beginning your journey in care, this is a meaningful opportunity to help others gain confidence and independence in a supportive environment.

• Support residents with personal care, routines, and daily living
• Encourage participation in rehabilitation activities and help reach rehabilitation goals
• Support with meals and monitor wellbeing
• Follow care plans and maintain clear documentation
• Promote dignity, self-esteem, and respectful relationships
• Liaise with nurses and colleagues for smooth handovers
