We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of care, including those in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients through personal care, companionship, and support in daily activities.

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
• Assist with medication administration as per prescribed guidelines.
• Engage in behaviour management techniques to promote positive interactions.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
• Facilitate mobility and assist with heavy lifting when necessary.
• Conduct first aid as required and respond to emergencies appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
