We are looking for passionate, caring and empathetic people who want to make a real difference. We are looking for a support worker to join the team caring for a young lady who has complex care needs and round the clock care.
The role is to provide dedicated, personal home care assistance to client in their own home. Enabling them to have an excellent quality of life in their own home. You will be travelling around the community so applicants are required to drive.

· BE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN BASIC TRAINING SUCH AS FIRST AID AND DBS
