We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team, supporting Post-16 young people in our Residential Supported Living accommodations. Your role will focus on delivering personalised support and risk management plans, helping young people build independence, resilience, and self-esteem.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of young people are met.
  • Support in making correct choices in regard to personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mealtime routines, while promoting independence.
  • Create a positive, inclusive environment that fosters self-confidence and personal growth.
  • Act as a role model, guiding young people in decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records, contribute to care plans, and report any changes or concerns.
  • Follow safeguarding practices in line with Oaktree Education Services policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and update daily and weekly reports for individual young people.
  • Support behaviour management in accordance with Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs).
  • Keep documentation updated and specific to each young person’s progress.
  • Perform household tasks to maintain clean and welcoming communal spaces.
