We are currently seeking skilled compassionate, and reliable Support Workers to provide in-home support to elderly Australians in Docklands & Inner City and surrounding areas.

As a Support Worker, you’ll help clients live independently, feel respected, and stay connected to their community by assisting with:

• Personal Care – Supporting clients with showering, grooming, and daily hygiene routines
• Home Cleaning – Household cleaning and laundry tasks are a core part of the role, helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
• Meal Preparation – Cooking simple, nutritious meals
• Shopping – Assisting with errands or accompanying clients to the shops
• Appointments – Must be able to provide transport or escorting clients to medical and other appointments
• Respite & Social Support – Engaging clients in companionship, social outings or home-based activities
• Wellbeing Monitoring – Observing and reporting changes in physical or emotional health

This role involves travelling between clients, so you’ll need your own reliable vehicle.
