Disability Support Worker – Personal Care

Complete Carers Co has been operating since 2021 and provides high-quality disability support services to participants across South East Melbourne. We support individuals with a wide range of disabilities, support requirements, and goals across community and SIL settings.

We are currently seeking experienced and professional Disability Support Workers who are confident delivering personal care and participant-focused support in line with NDIS standards and company expectations.

The role includes providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, and supporting participants with daily living activities. Staff may also assist with community access, medication support where trained and competent, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes.

Applicants must have previous experience within disability support, aged care, or community services and be confident providing personal care independently. We are looking for staff who are reliable, professional, compassionate, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

All applicants must hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid and CPR Certificate, as well as a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Experience within SIL environments, medication administration competency, and supporting high-care or complex participants will be highly regarded.
