We have a permanent opportunity for a passionate and caring person to join our dedicated team of Support Workers in our Supported Living Service in Llanelli. This is a 16 hour, permanent position. This service needs to be staffed 24/7 so you will be required to work various shift patterns including days, evenings, weekends, wakeful nights and sleep in shifts as part of a rolling rota. Day shifts are typically split between 7am-11pm, with 8 hour sleeps ins as extra (these shifts are lone working). * Due to the needs of the individuals we support in this service, a full UK manual driving licence and access to a car is required * If you would like the opportunity to work with some truly amazing people please read on…..
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided. More important are;

This supported living service is the home to 3 lovely ladies with mental health needs. You will be working with these incredible individuals to support with day to day independence, enhance their various skills and support them with daily activities as well as providing emotional support
