WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

We are seeking an individual who goes to work looking to improve the life of our clients and their families. Our team is made up of people from a range of backgrounds and we recognise that experience comes from a range of sources. We provide enhanced training to ensure all of our team members are confident Support Workers.
Experience of working with adults who have disabilities is preferred, in particular Autism or Global Development Delay.
Duties include support with personal care, meal preparation, general companionship and accessing social activities in the community. Clients will be passengers in the carers own vehicle with mileage payable.
The right applicant will enjoy walking long distances and being active.
