SUMMARY

To Me To You Support are recruiting for a client of ours seeking hard working Project/Support workers across their Preston & South Ribble Services. This isn’t any ordinary support job - the work will include working with complex individuals - including work 1:1 support work with those who have forensic/criminal backgrounds. It is crucial we find the specific support workers they need. People who will look beyond the history of the person and assist in all aspects of the support required. The company we are recruiting for is a long standing client whom we have a valued relationship with - the management team are amazing and we can comment first hand on how positive and impactful the work they do is.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to complete, read and follow daily notes and communication book entries
  • Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • At least 6 months UK paid experience as a support worker
  • Knowledge/experience with mental health support, forensic support or criminal justice support
  • Ideal candidate should have L2 health and social care
